Practice to get up early.
Attend to natural Calls.
Brushing,tongue cleaning,gargling etc
Anjana,nasya,dhoomapana,karnapoorana.
Application of oil...etcFood:- ' we are what we eat '
How to eat:-
Eat fresh hot food.
Use little ghee with rice once daily.
Avoid eating food fast or too slowly.
Concentrate on the food while eating.
Do not fill the stomach completely.
Eat heavy food in small quantity and light food in moderate amount.
